Why Gran Canaria Info recommend the Afrikat
Our mission at Gran Canaria Info is to make sure that you get the best possible holiday experiences during your Gran Canaria holiday. We've been doing it since 1998 (the year the first Afrikat set sail from Puerto Rico harbour) and in all that time, the Afrikat cruises have offerred superb value for money and excellent customer service.
So, if you want a great day out on the water in Gran Canaria, book a cruise on the Afrikat: You won't be disappointed.
The Afrikat staff speak Spanish, English, Dutch, German, French & Italian and really do go out of their way to make sure everyone on board has a good time with a relentless focus on customer service.
The catamaran itself was designed specifically for Gran Canaria cruises and is incredibly stable with wide aisles and open deck areas (with plenty of shade) and is suitable for wheelchairs.
Tripadvisor rate the Africat experience as the Number One boat excursion from Puerto Rico marina and has over 1000 5-Star reviews on Facebook.
The Afrikat makes huge efforts to reduce waste; it uses edible (and very tasty) straws in all cocktails, recycles all glass and plastic waste, and limits waste with reusable plastic cups on all tours.
Another huge benefit of the Afrikat is that you get all watersports at up to 50% less than the shore-based price; Try the donut ride, jet ski or parasailing whilst you are onboard Afrikat and you are guaranteed the best price on the island.
The price includes free hotel pickups from Bahia Feliz, Playa del Inglés, Maspalomas, Meloneras, Sonnenland, Arguineguin, Patalavaca, Mogan, Taurito & Playa del Cura.
The Afrikat offers a range of trips throughout the year. The dates do vary but you can check availability live with our booking form.
