We have an extra option: that's our email group. Everyone (who's subscribed) can send messages to the group here, and everyone who's subscribed will receive those messages.

I think this is a good and fast way of getting 'burning questions' answered really fast.

For now, this is a testing thing only. If abused, I'll have to change settings (submitted messages being checked by me first) or even completely delete this feature.
